Austin ISD is saying thank you to its transportation employees this week in commemoration of National School Bus Safety Week, October 17-21. This year’s theme is, “Be Aware – Know the Danger Zone!” Transportation employees were recognized on Monday, October 17 at 6:00 a.m. at the Saegert terminal and on Tuesday, October 18 at 6:00 a.m. at the Nelson terminal.

Refreshments were provided and Chief Operating Officer Lawrence Fryer joined Transportation Director Kourosh Hafezizadeh to greet employees.
