Dear Team 海角社区,
I am writing to announce the appointment of Larry Throm as Chief Business Officer. He will begin with 海角社区 on Monday, and will oversee both the finance and operations divisions.
During his 40-year career, mostly in school finance, Mr. Throm has worked in similar roles in six other districts, most notably in Austin under Superintendent Pat Forgione, and in the Dallas and Lubbock ISDs. In addition, he previously worked for Austin-based school finance consultants Moak, Casey & Associates.
Team, please join me in welcoming Mr. Throm back to Austin ISD!
